By creating a ShipPost account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use ShipPost.
ShipPost is an AI-powered tool that generates LinkedIn post drafts from your work activity across GitHub, Notion, and Slack. Drafts are suggestions — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content to LinkedIn or other platforms.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
You own all content you create, including drafts generated by ShipPost based on your data. We claim no ownership over your drafts, writing samples, or work events. By using ShipPost, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of generating drafts.
You agree not to:
Drafts are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't reflect your views. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before publishing. ShipPost is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. ShipPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
