Terms of Service

Last updated: March 9, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a ShipPost account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use ShipPost.

2. What ShipPost does

ShipPost is an AI-powered tool that generates LinkedIn post drafts from your work activity across GitHub, Notion, and Slack. Drafts are suggestions — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content to LinkedIn or other platforms.

3. Your account

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use ShipPost.
  • One person per account. Accounts cannot be shared (Team plan provides separate accounts for each member).

4. Free & paid plans

  • Free plan: 3 drafts per month, 1 integration.
  • Pro plan: $19/month — unlimited drafts, all integrations.
  • Team plan: $49/month — everything in Pro, up to 5 team members.
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to the free plan. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Your content

You own all content you create, including drafts generated by ShipPost based on your data. We claim no ownership over your drafts, writing samples, or work events. By using ShipPost, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of generating drafts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ShipPost to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Share your account with unauthorized users.

8. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI (Anthropic's Claude) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that doesn't reflect your views. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts before publishing. ShipPost is not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

9. Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. ShipPost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
